Meet Fonda

Fonda is a native Nashvillian and currently lives, works, worships and serves in the Nashville community. Her journey began in health leadership, providing strategic leadership in public health with 6 divisions and 130 employees under her purview. While she significantly impacts the community through her work in health, she always had a desire to engage in real estate. Consequently, in 2021, she decided to transfer her leadership skills which include developing and executing team strategy, managing multiple programs and projects, identifying creative solutions, managing daily operations, and comprehensive collaboration with multiple clients, to begin her career in real estate and launch Mosaic Enterprises, LLC. And as they say, "The rest is history!"

What sets Fonda apart is her engagement with all aspects of the real estate process. She leads by getting in the trenches with her team to get the job done with excellence for each of her clients. She is a licensed real estate agent with Compass Real Estate and specializes in helping locals and newcomers find their dream homes or sell their existing properties. She is knowledgeable of the local real estate market and has deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, home prices, and market trends in this area.
