Property Management

We offer a flat rate for our property management services. This rate is set at 10% of each monthly rental payment.

Leasing Fee - $350

We are committed to not only exceptional services, but exceptional presentation of services. We will take time on the front end to invest in setting up the owner's account, marketing property, showing property, and/or other activities resulting in tenant placement, including tenant screening and application processing.

Cleaning Services - $50/hour

We provide high quality cleaning services to prepare your home for showing. You can sit back and relax knowing that you are placing the tedious house preparing chores in capable hands.

Lease Renewals - $250

As the end of the lease approaches, we will assist you in considering the pros and cons of renewal versus ending a lease. Renewing a lease might require a new lease contract with changes in term, rent payments, or recommendations to the property owner to give the property a major overhaul to enhance tenant comfort and to keep up the value of your home.
